Orders Processing
We direct our energies to facilitate fast processing of orders & quick dispatch of products. All orders will be processed immediately, on the day. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days and, if the order is made via our website, you will be emailed when the order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, with advice, including consignment note number/s and estimated delivery time.
Carriers
Please note that all of our orders are dispatched to be 'signed upon delivery'. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item; (if you are not going to be at your home address during the day it may be advisable to give clear instructions as to where the item is to be left or to use your business address or the address of a friend who will be at home during the day. All tables ordered within Australia are delivered by road express and cannot, therefore, be delivered to a PO address. All New Zealand orders are dispatched via International Post
Delivery Charges
Each product's individual order form indicates the normal delivery charges to your area; should there be any discrepancy we will notify you before we commence processing your order.
Delivery Schedule
Your table delivery is normally within 1-7 working days after the dispatch date - depending on your location. We will strive to achieve a delivery service which exceeds your expectation and guarantee that we will dispatch your massage table within 2 working days of receiving your order and payment (non-stock items and colours excepted).
Shipping Insurance
Please note that if you wish to insure your parcel for loss or damage, we will do this on your behalf at the standard rate from our carrier of $5 per $100 value if you inform us that you wish to take this option by writing your instructions in the text area on the order form.
South-west WA
If you live within 100 Kms of our Darradup showroom/distribution centre and choose to take advantage of our "no charge" delivery service it may take up to up to 2 weeks to consolidate product deliveries to your area.
